It is now the survival of the fittest.

Redundancies and non renewal of contracts are evident everywhere and are now creeping into the Medical sector.

Medical Sales forces are being hit and those with the lowest achievements or those under achieving within their target range are being squeezed out.

Have you got what it takes refers to this current market where your black and white sales figures now may mean your job being saved or not.

Ensure where you can, you are at least hitting your targets, better even would be exceeding your targets and you should be left alone.
