Close the sale!

Take control of your interview and close it – call yourself a Sales person?  then you will know exactly what I mean –

Surprisingly, many of our Medical Sales Reps come away from an interview and do not nail it.

When we ask them, how did you leave it, they reply, they just said they would be in touch…………….!

An interview is like any Sales process – you are selling yourself and your skills to a potential job/Employer and you must control this process as you would any Sales Process.

On leaving an interview, always close it –

  1. When can I expect to hear back from you?
  2. When are you wanting someone to start?
  3. What is the next step?
  4. Did I meet your criteria/perform well?
  5. Is there anything else you would like to know?

These are the questions used to close or nail an interview

Use them.
