We are looking for a candidate that is ideally based in Dublin, main focus will be Dublin and Cork, with flexibility to cover the 32 counties.

The Role
As a member of the Orthopaedic Team working in the area of Pain Management you will work closely with our business partner to provide support and education.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales and clinical support of The Pain portfolio of products

The Products
Within the pain management portfolio we treat patients with chronic pain by using radio frequency, PRP and Spinal Cord Stimulation methods.

About you
The successful candidate will work with The Pain Team to deliver sales growth, building relationships with all business partners and identifying and developing new profitable opportunities.
They will engage with customers to ensure they understand their needs, and collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure the needs of all stakeholders are met.
An important part of this role is to provide excellent clinical support to customers.

Requirements:

• You will have a relevant Business/Sales and/or Clinical qualification
• An interest in working and selling in the medical sector essential
• A willingness to working in a sales and clinical role
• Capable of working in a theatre environment
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven attention to detail and follow through
• A Clean, full driving licence

 

Responsibilities:

• To develop and maintain a broad understanding and experience of all aspects of the sales and support process
• To become competent in high performance sales in line with Company HPSA programme
• To develop and maintain a comprehensive and up to date specialist technical knowledge in line with product developments and customer requirements
• To become trained across a range of products and markets
• Maintains certification and ensures continued professional development (CPD) requirements are consistently met
• Keeps abreast of competitor activities and key market developments

 

Salary and benefits
• Permanent role (subject to 11 month probation period)
• Basic pay: €40k (negotiable, depending on experience)
• Bonus: 20% of basic pay – Subject to achieving agreed targets
• Profit Share: % of profits distributed amongst all staff
• Company Car (rental car until 11 month probation period, thereafter car will be purchased, all details in our motor fleet policy) subject to BIK
